SITE-WIDE PLOT

bella and edward are dead.

so, i'd like to begin moving a plot along so we all have more to entertain ourselves with, and chey has been so very kind as to offer plenty of great ideas. the first one will be presented as follows: (credit all to chey)

victoria does an about-face and attempts to join the volturi with her army. gifted newborns will be recruited. not all of them are killed, and some are relinquished to the cullens after others are made examples of, while some that could prove useful are forcefully/willingly recruited into the volturi. the cullens could be tense, especially in the volturi issues a more stern warning. more stern consequences.

this will affect MANY. what this directly causes is a larger number of human disappearances because of the amount of newborns running around, which in turn affects shifters (specifically those who run shifts protecting the border) and activates shifter genes in many local families where the gene is present. this also (obviously) has a direct effect on the volturi and whether or not the recruits are accepted will be ultimately up to aro. a larger group of volturi is very threatening to all other vampires as well as the cullen family.
