[/color] Lights. Camera. Action. Okay..so..we're actually not about film anything. Because, that would be extremely incriminating. But people were going to start showing up any minute. Jacki finished getting ready and glanced over in the mirror. She normally didn't put much effort into her appearance, but dammn she cleaned up good when she wanted to. [ OUTFIT] In her opinion anyway- nobody else's mattered. Insulting Jacki was pretty much a lost cause. Normally, but especially now. Absolutely nothing could bring her down right now. This was going to be the best night of their lives, no question about it. She and Willow had been planning this party all week- and that was longer than their attention spans lasted on almost anything. I mean, there was no better opportunity in the world. She'd just turned eighteen. Her parents were out of town. She looked awesome, there was alcohol downstairs, everything was perfect. It was time to par-tay.
Okay, so yeah. There was one problem. One slightly less than perfect spec existing in her perfect word. There was Tala.. But she wasn't too worried about her brother. (She never was.) Aliens could probably invade the earth, start the apocalypse, and destroy the entire world's supply of ice cream and Tala wouldn't notice. On the off chance he did... Jacki could just bribe him to keep from telling! I mean, it's not like it was his house any more than her's. Not to mention, Tala wouldn't know a good party if it hit him on the head. He never went to a single party he was invited to unless Jacki dragged him there. The only people he ever associated with were his pack mates and that was more out of obligation than anything. Jacki was still convinced they liked her better.
"Tala people are coming over!" There. Now he couldn't say she hadn't told him. After passing his room he skipped down half the stairs and the slid down the railing. "Is everything ready?" Willow was her right hand when it came to party planning. She was older, and Jacki knew she'd gone to some crazy parties (no college student other than Tala didn't!). Not to mention, the two girls practically shared a brain, and so they had a similar vision for how the night would play out. Jacki wan't one of those delusional kids who thought that everyone would get along and stay sober and nothing would get touched or damaged- no. She was completely aware how disastrous this could become, especially since very few the the people at the party were actually going to be humans. But that just made it more fun. I mean, lots of people invited teenagers over for house parties. But vampires? Shifters? Yeah- she was just that cool.

So there were a few things in the whole world Willow was truly good at. Even though she pretty much thought she was good at everything. Obviously, she was the most talented Carmichael sibling around. But anyways! One of those things was being able to throw a party, much to her brothers’ dismay. Let’s be honest, she was a college student and nine times out of ten a college student has not only gone to a party but hosted one as well. It was like some ability you were given the moment you stepped onto a campus. Though generally Willow went to parties, she still rocked at throwing them. Hence why she was at Jacki’s house earlier than everybody else, she was helping out. After all this house party was half of her idea. So it was obvious she would come over and help set up. Granted, she didn’t really think the whole helping-out-in-her-party-outfit thing.
Yes, it was easier than just driving back and forth between the houses. But Willow didn’t feel that motivated to do all of that driving. So she got dressed and went straight to her best friend’s house. And due to the fact that she’s been to so many parties, Willow had about three go-to outfits and two pairs of certified hooker boots (something her brother called them). And she had one of those outfits on right now. It was quite obvious that Willow was an expert at getting ready. It wasn’t everyday she put on something other than yoga pants and tank tops. But when she did, well they were very nice looking. Not anything designer but still…they were damn gorgeous, especially on her. She straightened out her Ipod dock as she heard her friend let her boring brother know about the party. Okay, so she didn’t exactly use the term ‘party’ but she did give him a heads up. Plus Willow never really saw Tala as a problem to begin with. He never left his room, at least not that Willow’s ever witnessed.
Jacki’s parents were out of town, Willow’s oldest brother knew she was throwing this party and was on stand-by for emergencies while her other brother just thought she was spending the night at Jacki’s. Yea, those roles were not exactly correct. In reality her brother shouldn’t know a thing and the brother closer to her age should be on stand-by. But the Carmichael children were never normal and rarely followed life’s script. Will glanced around before grabbing a beer bottle, an early drink. “Yup!” Willow grinned at her best friend as she took a swig of the alcohol. Yea beer wasn’t her favorite thing to drink but it was the cheapest thing they could get. Willow managed to get some absolute and captain morgan to mix with soda. But she wasn’t going to open that until more people were here and ready to start partying. For now she would just drink one of the hundreds of beers they somehow obtained.
“Everything is good, now we just need bodies!” Willow cheered as she turned around and pressed play on her Ipod. Willow and Jacki had invited everybody they knew and told them to invite everybody that they knew. Forks and La Push were small areas, so surely some people would get double invites. But oh well, as long as a lot of people showed up, Willow had no problem with the situation. And yea, with that many people things were going to happen. Bad things. But that was fine with her and apparently Jacki too, since she decided to have the party at her house. “Come on! Let’s dance!” Willow laughed and began to swing her body ridiculously around. Despite her ‘hooker boots’, Willow was able to move. This wasn’t her first rodeo after all!
